Refund and Return Policy

All sales of MANE & STEEL products and services—including hair loss treatments, peptide therapy, weight loss medications, and diagnostic lab work—are final.

Due to federal regulations, pharmacy safety standards, and the nature of prescription medications, we do not accept returns of prescription medications or opened products. This ensures all medications remain safe, uncontaminated, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

 


 

Clinical Review & Prescription Approval

All orders are subject to clinical review and approval by a licensed medical provider.

  • If your order is not clinically approved, it will be canceled and any amounts charged will be fully refunded.
  • Once a prescription is approved and the order proceeds to pharmacy processing, compounding, or dispensing, the order becomes final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

 


 

Subscription Renewals & Customer Responsibility

MANE & STEEL subscriptions renew automatically every 90 days unless canceled in advance.

Renewal Notifications

Customers receive email notification at least seven (7) days prior to a subscription renewal. This notice provides sufficient time to:

  • Cancel the subscription
  • Update account information
  • Contact our team regarding prescription changes

Failure to act after receiving renewal notification does not constitute grounds for a refund.

 


 

No Refunds After Processing

Once a subscription renewal or order processes, refunds are not available.

At the moment an order is processed, MANE & STEEL immediately incurs non-recoverable costs, including but not limited to:

  • Physician review and prescription authorization
  • Pharmacy preparation, compounding, and fulfillment
  • Administrative, operational, and payment processing fees

Because these costs occur immediately and cannot be reversed, processed orders cannot be refunded, even if the customer later decides they no longer wish to continue treatment.

 


 

Customer Obligations

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Maintain accurate contact and payment information
  • Respond to prescription or renewal-related emails
  • Cancel or modify subscriptions prior to renewal

If a customer fails to update their subscription, fails to respond to renewal notifications, or fails to contact MANE & STEEL before a renewal processes, MANE & STEEL is not responsible for resulting charges.

 


 

Order Inspection & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery.

  • Any damage or defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery by contacting info@maneandsteel.com.
  • If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received, customers must notify us within 7 days so we may investigate and coordinate resolution.

 


 

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

To manage or cancel your subscription, log into your MANE & STEEL account and select Manage Subscription.

From there, you can:

  • View upcoming renewal dates
  • Cancel before the next billing cycle
  • Update payment methods
  • Change shipping details

Subscription changes apply to future orders only and must be completed before the renewal processing date.

 


 

Compliance & Legal Applicability

This policy is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and pharmacy regulations. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
