But really, It's Just me.

My name's Chris.

I didn’t start this company because I had some brilliant business plan.

I started it because I lost my hair—and with it, a part of myself.

In my early 20s, I was dealing with hair loss. By my 30s, I was recovering from a severe back injury—followed by a successful surgery, but a FAILED hair transplant that hit harder than I expected.

At the same time, I was working as a physical therapist in Hollywood, treating high-performing clients—celebrities, musicians, executives—while quietly falling apart inside.

I was learning how to rebuild the human body… but couldn’t figure out how to rebuild my own confidence.

I didn’t feel like myself. I didn’t look like myself.

And everywhere I turned, the answers were either half-truths or overpriced BS that never delivered.

So I did what any stubborn, slightly obsessive guy would do—I went deep.

I started researching, experimenting, failing, recovering.

It wasn’t until my 30s that I discovered medication for my severe ADHD—and that changed everything.

Before that, I was constantly battling racing thoughts, disorganization, and mental chaos. Finding the right treatment was a turning point in my life. It helped me shift from scattered thinking to focus, from overwhelm to purpose, from burnout to something that felt like flow. It gave me the clarity to dive deep into the things that mattered—DHT, 5-alpha reductase, peptides, longevity, and the power of showing up every day with consistency.

I figured out how to stop my hair loss.

I figured out how to rebuild my body, control my racing thoughts and disorganized life.

And somewhere along the way, I figured out how to rebuild my confidence.

That’s what MANE & STEEL is about.

This isn’t some flashy supplement shop or fly-by-night TRT clinic.

It’s not about chasing the perfect body or selling you some fantasy.

This is about giving you the tools, guidance, and science-backed protocols to help you take control—starting with your hair and going deeper into strength, mindset, and vitality if and when you’re ready.

I still don’t have a big team.

I don’t have corporate investors or a full media department....yet.

It’s just me, a few good people I trust, and a mission I refuse to quit.

If you’re a guy who feels like he’s slipping—physically, mentally, emotionally—

I’ve been there. I still go there sometimes.

But I’ve also learned how to fight my way back, again and again.

And if you’re ready, I’ll help you do the same.

Welcome to MANE & STEEL.

This isn’t just a business. It’s my story.

Let’s start yours.
