Telehealth services at MANE & STEEL are delivered by third-party professionals who have partnered with MANE & STEEL. These services may include chart review, remote prescribing, appointment scheduling, health information sharing, and non-clinical services such as patient education.
The information you provide may be used for diagnosis, therapy, follow-up, and/or patient education, and may include health records and test results, images and asynchronous communications, live two-way audio and video, interactive audio with store and forward, and data from medical devices and sound and video files.
Our electronic communication systems incorporate network and software security protocols to protect the confidentiality of patient identification and imaging data, ensuring data integrity against intentional or unintentional corruption.
Providers working with MANE & STEEL are supplementary and do not replace your primary care physician. We encourage you to maintain your relationship with your local primary care doctor, and we urge you to find one if you do not already have one.

The website on which this Terms of Use appears is owned and operated by M & D Integrations, Inc. DBA MD Integrations (MDI). The Site may include: information on healthcare and wellness; access to technology-oriented tools for medical treatment; development and gathering of healthcare records; administrative support in connection with scheduling; and telecommunications support for using the Services as a means of direct access to healthcare providers.

MDI is a telehealth company. The Provider conducting the consultation determines the scope of services for diagnosis, treatment, and care. You understand that the Services may not be appropriate for every situation and may not be a complete substitute for a face-to-face examination.
Our role is limited to making certain telehealth related information available to you and helping facilitate your access to telemedicine and medical services. MDI is independent from Providers and is not responsible for such Providers' acts, communications, or any content provided by them.
MDI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY ADVICE, COURSE OF TREATMENT, DIAGNOSIS OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION, SERVICES OR PRODUCTS THAT YOU MAY OBTAIN THROUGH THE SITE.
MDI owns all right, title, and interest in and to all information and screens appearing on this Site. Subject to these Terms, MDI grants you a revocable, limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use, access, view, print, display, and download the Site solely for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance, or in any way exploit any of the Site or Materials.
By forwarding any content or communications to us through the Site, you grant MDI a perpetual, royalty-free, fully paid-up, world-wide, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, redistribute, and display such content for the purposes of providing the Services. You agree to pay all fees due for services requested. By entering your payment information and submitting your request, you authorize us, our affiliates, or our third-party payment processors to charge the amount due.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you will only access or use the Platform if you are at least eighteen (18) years old; you will use the Site solely for its Services offered in the normal course of business; and you will always act in accordance with the law and custom, and in good faith.

After termination, we will have no further obligation to provide the Services, except to the extent an affiliated professional entity is obligated to provide you access to your health records or is required to provide continuing care under applicable legal, ethical and professional obligations.
User Contributions must comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. User Contributions must not contain defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, or inflammatory material; promote sexually explicit material, violence, or discrimination; infringe any intellectual property rights; violate the legal rights of others; promote any illegal activity; or impersonate any person.
The information presented on or through the Site is made available solely for general information purposes and does not constitute medical advice or counsel. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

Except for claims for injunctive relief and to the extent allowed by law, you agree that either you or MDI may require any dispute, claim, or cause of action between you and MDI arising out of use of the Site, the Services, and any other actions with MDI to be arbitrated on an individual (non-class) basis.
THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY IN ARBITRATION. ANY ARBITRATION OF A CLAIM WILL BE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND YOU ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
Severability: If any term or provision in these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable, the offending provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

We collect personal data through your use of the Site and Services, including usage information (pages accessed, frequency, click behavior) and device information (hardware model, operating system, browser). Breach Notification: We are required to notify you in writing of any breach of your unsecured PHI within 60 days of discovery.
