All sales of MANE & STEEL products and services are final. Due to federal regulations, pharmacy safety standards, and the nature of prescription medications, we do not accept returns of prescription medications or opened products.

MANE & STEEL subscriptions renew automatically every 90 days unless canceled in advance. Customers receive email notification at least seven (7) days prior to a subscription renewal. This notice provides sufficient time to:

Once a subscription renewal or order processes, refunds are not available. At the moment an order is processed, MANE & STEEL immediately incurs non-recoverable costs, including:
It is the customer's responsibility to maintain accurate contact and payment information, respond to prescription or renewal-related emails, and cancel or modify subscriptions prior to renewal. If a customer fails to update their subscription or contact MANE & STEEL before a renewal processes, MANE & STEEL is not responsible for resulting charges.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery. Any damage or defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery by contacting info@maneandsteel.com. If a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier but not received, customers must notify us within 7 days so we may investigate and coordinate resolution.
To manage or cancel your subscription, log into your MANE & STEEL account and select Manage Subscription. From there, you can view upcoming renewal dates, cancel before the next billing cycle, update payment methods, and change shipping details. Subscription changes apply to future orders only and must be completed before the renewal processing date.
