01 · The Basics
Tirzepatide,
Explained.
What makes MANE & STEEL different?
A founder who reads and answers his own email, licensed U.S. physicians, Strive Pharmacy compounding your prescription, one flat monthly price, and the same no-BS approach we built for hair. No upsell maze.
Do you push higher doses?
No. Your physician starts low and only adjusts if it makes sense for you. The goal is the lowest dose that works for you, not the highest one.
What is Tirzepatide?
Tirzepatide is a once-weekly injectable medication that acts on two gut-hormone pathways, GIP and GLP-1, which help regulate appetite and fullness. Ours is compounded Tirzepatide, prepared by Strive Pharmacy for you after a licensed physician prescribes it.
Where is it made?
Your prescription is compounded by Strive Pharmacy, a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy, and shipped cold to your door.
Is it a pill?
No. We only offer Tirzepatide as a once-weekly injection.
02 · Dosing
Micro Or
Standard.
What’s the difference between microdose and standard dose?
Microdose usually starts at 1.25mg a week ($300/month). Standard dosing usually starts at 2.5mg and is raised in steps by your physician ($500/month). Your physician decides which fits you.
Has microdosing been studied?
Not specifically. Clinical trials of Tirzepatide used higher doses. What we share about lower doses is general information, not a proven result, and your experience may differ.
Is compounded Tirzepatide FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality. A physician prescribes compounded Tirzepatide only when they decide it’s medically appropriate for you.
What if I miss a dose?
Message your care team. They’ll tell you whether to take it late or wait for your next scheduled day.
03 · Real Life
Training,
Food, Results.
When am I charged?
At checkout. Right after, you complete a short medical intake and a licensed physician reviews it before anything ships. If you’re not approved, you’re refunded in full.
Can I drink alcohol on Tirzepatide?
Ask your physician. Alcohol can make stomach side effects worse and affects blood sugar, so most people keep it light.
Can I use it with my hair protocol?
Many members do both. Your physician reviews everything you take before prescribing.
How fast will I see results?
It varies a lot from person to person, and we don’t promise a number. Your dose, training, food and sleep all matter.
04 · Safety
Know The
Risks.
What does it cost?
Microdose is $300/month. Standard dose is $500/month, the same at every standard dose. Both include your physician, unlimited messaging, the medication, supplies and cold shipping. No insurance needed, cancel anytime.
Who shouldn’t take Tirzepatide?
Anyone with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), anyone with MEN 2, or anyone with a serious allergy to Tirzepatide. Your physician also screens for pancreatitis, gallbladder and kidney history.
